Give the gift of golf with a StickPro Gift Card!

Our digital gift cards make it easy to treat someone to their favourite StickPro accessories. Here's everything you need to know about purchasing and using them.

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

StickPro Gift Cards are available in selected denominations displayed on our website.

Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered by email after successful payment.

Each gift card contains a unique code that can be redeemed exclusively at www.stickpro.co.za.

StickPro Gift Cards are only valid on our official website. They cannot be redeemed through third-party retailers, marketplaces or other websites that sell StickPro products.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred into a bank account, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protections.

2. Gift Card Validity

StickPro Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, or until the full balance has been used, whichever comes first.

Any unused balance remains available for future purchases during the validity period.

The expiry date is calculated from the date the gift card is issued and is not reset after each purchase.

3. Redeeming Your Gift Card

To use your gift card:

  1. Add your chosen StickPro products to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your unique gift card code in the gift card or discount code field.

  4. The available gift card balance will be applied to your order.

Gift cards can be used towards eligible StickPro products and applicable delivery charges.

If your order total is less than the available gift card balance, the unused amount will remain available for future purchases.

If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another available payment method.

More than one gift card may be used towards an order where supported by checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Gift cards can be purchased using eligible payment methods displayed at checkout.

Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

If your order includes both a gift card and other products, a separate checkout may be required to use a Buy Now, Pay Later service for the eligible products.

5. Returns & Refunds

Gift Card Purchases

StickPro Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a cancellation or refund is required under applicable consumer protections.

Please check the selected gift card value and recipient details carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchases Made Using Gift Cards

Refunds for products purchased using gift cards are processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

If an approved return was paid for using a gift card, the gift card portion of the payment will be refunded back to gift card value.

If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be split according to the original payment amounts.

Where a refund cannot be applied to the original gift card, we'll arrange a replacement gift card for the applicable amount.

6. Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards

Please keep your gift card email and unique code secure.

If you've misplaced your gift card, contact us using the details below.

We may be able to resend the gift card to the original recipient after verifying the purchase.

Gift cards should be treated like cash. Please do not share your code with anyone you don't intend to give access to the balance.

If you suspect that your gift card has been used without permission, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
